Sriram currently works as a Design Director at IBM iX Bangalore Design Studio. During his spare time, he engages in storytelling, mentoring start-ups & design students and conducting Brand Experience & Design Thinking workshops.
Rahul Ajmera is a User Experience designer with professional experience of over 15 years. He has held several senior UX positions at product companies tasked with building and leading UX functions. He is an industrial design graduate from the National Institute of Design (Ahmedabad) and is also a certified Usability Analyst and a Persuasion Design specialist. He is credited with several publications in the HCI space and has been a speaker at HCI related conferences. He holds several user-interaction related patents and has helped create IP during his previous stints. Design Thinking, User experience design, Contextual innovation, Persuasive design, and User research are some of his professionally acknowledged skills.

A new-age adventurer, Pruthwik’s first big brush with his adventurous fate started in 2013, when he travelled along the perimeter of India spanning over 15,000 km and 2 months on two wheels! Ever since, he has ventured into and conquered different aspects of adventure travel—from camping in remote areas to hitchhiking on a $100 budget across 2 countries in 3 weeks. Ramesh is the founder of WorkAdda a co-working space and an incubator for companies working in food and IoT. He also co-founded Food Safety Works where he focuses on improving Food Safety by applying design and technology. He is a community builder, a champion of social enterprise and is an adviser on the board of Snehadhara Foundation. His dream is to move to the community farm “The Tamarind Valley Collective” where he can grow his own food.
Vasudha is a designer turned design recruiter helping designers and startups to find the right match. The transition happened as her experience with HR/Recruiters was pretty frustrating, and now she is trying her bit to ensure that it doesn’t happen with anyone else. Being a designer herself and having worked with start-ups like Practo and Shopo as their first designer onboard, she really understands the nuances when it comes to screening and hiring designers. On an average, 1 out of the 5 designers, she sends to any company gets hired. She treats herself as the brand ambassador for the companies she is working with and try her best to ensure that designers have a good interview experience whether or not they get selected. Few of her clients include Flipkart, Ola, Groupon, Housing, Swiggy, ClearTax etc.

Manish brings in design leadership and experience working with 60+ clients over the last 16 years across domains, platforms, geographies, and technologies. Manish is the Head of Design and an Associate Partner at this amazing place called Sahaj Software. Manish works extensively with start-up and new initiatives and helps them strategize their products and services through service design principles. He loves working in a fast-paced and hyper-agile environment solving complex mission-critical business problems at Sahaj. He has a Masters in Product Design from NID, is a visiting faculty and a member of the jury for its students. Mehul has worked in the back of a restaurant as the guy who packs food for delivery, spent nights at a call-centre searching for life’s meaning (not really), and dabbled with several odd jobs. While he wanted to remain true to his Gujju roots of capitalism by getting an MBA to fuel all his consumerist desires, he ended up going to TISS for Masters in social work. Since then, he’s worked with Kudumbashree, arguably one of the largest women’s networks in the world, to realise his calling – Entrepreneurship development. He is a freelancer who worked with Quest Alliance for 2.5 years as a consultant to build their entrepreneurship domain and is now working with Udhyam Learning Foundation.
